In everyday situations, individuals expect coherence between effort and result, intention and response, rule and outcome. However, reality introduces variation and inconsistency into each of these domains. This repeated mismatch reveals the structure of absurdity as something observable rather than theoretical.


How Absurdity Appears in Work

In work environments, effort does not consistently lead to proportional reward. Systems often present clear rules, yet actual outcomes are influenced by hidden variables such as timing, context, and external decision-making. This creates a structural gap between input and result.
